Cajun Shots
(makes 12)
1 dozen freshly shucked Kooringal Oysters 360 mls tomato juice 45mls vodka 1 tablespoon Cajun spices (or to taste) Tabasco sauce to taste cracked pepper
Combine all ingredients (except oysters) in a bowl and whisk.
Drop an oyster in each chilled shot glass and fill to 3/4 with sauce.
